Sprout Health does not offer any medical or pharmacy services itself. Rather, it provides access to independent licensed medical providers via Sprout’s platform.

All prescription products accessed through the platform require an online medical evaluation with an independent licensed medical provider, who will determine if treatment with a prescription medication is right for you. Following the evaluation, if right for you, your provider may prescribe brand name or generic drug products, or compounded drug products deemed necessary and appropriate based on your individual medical needs.

Compounded drugs are available by prescription only. They are not FDA approved and have not been evaluated for safety, effectiveness, or quality by the FDA. Compounded drugs are not brand name drugs nor are they considered to be generics. If prescribed, compounded medications are dispensed from licensed U.S. pharmacies.

Issuance of a prescription is not guaranteed. Medical providers with prescriptive authority may prescribe compounded formulations when appropriate to meet individual patient needs or in cases of drug shortages. If you request a prescription, Sprout Health will facilitate access to a consultation with a licensed medical provider. The provider will review your health information and decide whether to issue a prescription. If approved, your medication will be filled by a partner pharmacy.

By engaging with Sprout Health, you consent to the use of your information for operational and marketing purposes. This may include participation in advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google, Meta, or similar services, using hashed or de-identified data for audience targeting and exclusion. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in our emails or by contacting [email protected]
Images are for illustration only. Medication is compounded and dispensed by a licensed third-party pharmacy. Sprout is not a pharmacy or drug manufacturer. Starting price applies to the first month after a $50 introductory discount. Your subscription will renew at the regular monthly or quarterly rate based on your selected plan.
