I have a previous prescription from another weight-loss provider. Can I start at a higher dose?

Possibly. Your clinician will review your prior prescription and treatment history to determine whether continuing at a higher dose is medically appropriate. Patient safety always comes first.

What is the process for getting my prescription refilled?

After you complete your third dosage in a given month, you can fill out your refill intake in your portal. A clinician will review your refill intake form before writing your prescription for the following month. If you would like to discuss any side effects or issues with a clinician you can book an appointment in your portal as well.
