How much does the program cost?
The program costs $299/month for semaglutide and $399/month for tirzepatide. This includes everything: physician evaluations, follow-ups, unlimited access to clinicians, monthly prescriptions, a 4-week supply of medication, any required blood work, and shipping—NO hidden fees.
What can I expect after I sign up?
Once you complete the health intake quiz, a licensed clinician will review your information. Depending on your health needs, you may either have a video call with a doctor or receive a prescription directly within 24 hours. We offer same-day video consultations if needed.
After your prescription is written, your medication will be processed, and you will receive shipping and tracking information in 2 business days. You’ll receive a 4-week supply each month and have unlimited access to our patient care team and doctors for any questions. At the end of each month, you’ll fill out a refill form to continue receiving your medication. You’ll also get text and email updates with tracking information for your shipment.
If you have questions about progress, side effects, or dosage, you can consult with a clinician at no extra cost as many times as you’d like.
Do you require insurance?
We do not require insurance, we accept cash only. We take all major credit cards, including Visa and American Express. We also take Apple pay.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before your prescription is written by the doctor. For every following month, you can cancel anytime before your next shipment is processed. We are entirely month-to-month with no minimum contracts or commitments, so you can cancel easily.
Once a prescription in any given month (including your first month) is processed and sent to the pharmacy, refunds are not available. To cancel, please log into your portal and choose “Cancel Plan”, which can be found in the Profile tab.
I have a previous prescription from another weight-loss company, can I start at a higher dosage?
If you have a previous prescription at another weight-loss company, a clinician may determine that it is appropriate to start your dosage at the level equivalent to your previous prescription, provided that it has been no more than two weeks since your last injection.
What is the process of getting my monthly prescription after my first month?
After you complete your third dosage in a given month, you can fill out your refill intake in your portal. A clinician will review your refill intake form before writing your prescription for the following month. If you would like to discuss any side effects or issues with a clinician you can book an appointment in your portal as well.
Does the price of the medications ever increase?
The price of medication and ongoing care will never increase from the initial monthly payment of $299 or $399, EVEN IF your dosage increases in subsequent months.
