With U.S.-based licensed providers and state-licensed pharmacies, Sprout Health ensures your compounded medication is prescribed and prepared with care, with professional support every step of the way.
After your assessment, you’ll be invited to an online consultation with a licensed medical provider. If approved, you’ll be able to complete your order, which will then be shipped to you.
If prescribed, your package will include your compounded NAD+ supply, easy-to-follow educational materials, and medical-grade syringes and alcohol wipes — all shipped directly to your doorstep, free of charge.
All orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after your prescription is approved and processed.
We understand that flexibility matters when it comes to your care. At Sprout Health, you’re free to cancel your order at any point before your medical provider completes the prescription review, and you’ll receive a full refund. Once a prescription has been approved and your medication is in the process of being prepared, the order can no longer be refunded.
For patients on subscription plans, you can pause or cancel any upcoming shipments. Just make sure to update your account before your next refill is processed to avoid being charged for the following cycle. To cancel, please log into your portal and choose “Cancel Plan”, which can be found in the Profile tab.
