Your weight loss journey in 4 simple steps

1. Is compounded GLP-1 right for you?

A licensed clinician will review your health history and determine whether a GLP-1 treatment plan is appropriate for you.

2. Your personal formulation

If you're approved, your licensed clinician may prescribe compounded GLP-1s in different forms, such as injections or tablets.

3. Your holistic game plan

If prescribed, medications are part of a holistic program combining your licensed clinician’s guidance, along with diet and exercise tailored to your goals.

4. Ongoing medical support

You’ll be supported by licensed professionals who can adjust your plan and provide support throughout your health journey.

Available by prescription only, your provider may prescribe compounded GLP-1s deemed necessary and appropriate based on your individual medical needs. They are not FDA approved and have not been evaluated for safety, effectiveness, or quality by the FDA. Compounded drugs are not brand name drugs nor are they considered to be generics.

How GLP-1 supports weight loss & appetite control

GLP-1 refers to a naturally occurring hormone that helps regulate appetite, fullness, and how the body responds to food. Compounded GLP-1 medications work by activating the same receptors your body already uses to signal satisfaction after eating.

By supporting these pathways, GLP-1 medications may help:

Every prescription is guided by a licensed healthcare provider who reviews your health profile and tailors your treatment based on your needs, goals, and medical history.

Compounded GLP-1 medications may not be right for everyone and may have certain side effects, such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, abdominal pain, or reduced appetite. In rare cases, they may lead to more serious reactions, including pancreatitis, gallbladder issues, kidney problems, or severe gastrointestinal symptoms. GLP-1s should not be used by individuals with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2). Always discuss your full medical history and any medications you take with your licensed provider before starting therapy.

You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before your medication is processed by our partner pharmacy. For every following month, you can cancel anytime before your next shipment is processed. We are entirely month-to-month with no minimum contracts or commitments, so you can cancel easily.

Once a prescription in any given month (including your first month) is processed and sent to the pharmacy, refunds are not available. To cancel, please log into your portal and choose “Cancel Plan”, which can be found in the Profile tab.

If you have a previous prescription at another provider who is not affiliated with Sprout Health, a clinician assigned through Sprout Health will determine the appropriate next steps. This may include continuing your previous dose or issuing a new prescription based on your current clinical needs.

After you complete your third dosage in a given month, you can fill out your refill intake in your portal. A clinician will review your refill intake form before writing your prescription for the following month. If you would like to discuss any side effects or issues with a clinician you can book an appointment in your portal as well.

One-time discounts not withstanding, the price stated upon your initial subscription will always be honored, even if your dosage increases and more vials are needed in subsequent months.
