Are there side effects?

Once a prescription in any given month (including your first month) is processed and sent to the pharmacy, refunds are not available. To cancel, please log into your portal and choose “Cancel Plan”, which can be found in the Profile tab.
Does the price of the medications ever increase?
The price of medication and ongoing care will not increase from the monthly agreed upon payment (first orders discount excluded), EVEN if your dosage increases in subsequent months.

Are your pharmacies state-regulated?
Sprout Health works exclusively with licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies that follow state regulatory standards for safety and quality.
I have a previous prescription from another weight-loss company, can I start at a higher dosage?
Possibly. Your clinician will review your prior prescription and treatment history to determine whether continuing at a higher dose is medically appropriate. Patient safety always comes first.
What is the process of getting my monthly prescription after my first month?
After you complete your third dosage in a given month, you can fill out your refill intake in your portal. A clinician will review your refill intake form before writing your prescription for the following month. If you would like to discuss any side effects or issues with a clinician you can book an appointment in your portal as well.
